Modifications to standard road bikes seem to be quite common place, and here at Poeton we have to keep up with these changes, so that we can re-bore any modifications to the latest generations of aluminium blocks. Not only can we re-bore your block but when we apply our Apticote 2000 coating it will be better than the original.

Apticote 2000 is the ultimate in engine armour.

In a typical two or four stroke repair application damage may have been caused by:

Wear through the original plating.

Scoring from a seized piston or broken ring.

Pockmarking through detonation.

Broken or cracked cylinder walls and exhaust bridges( In the case of 2 strokes)
