2 Stroke cylinder porting: £280 with coating & plating:

Step One: 2-stroke cylinder porting includes the disassembly and cleaning of your cylinder. Exhaust valves (where applicable) are cleaned and inspected for damage. Cylinder bores are checked with a dial bore gauge to insure the bore is true.

Step Two: All air flow port passages are carefully inspected and modified for superior air flow. Exhaust ports are polished and in extreme cases epoxy may be used to repair serious casting errors from the factory, or change transfer port air flow. All porting specs are designed from computer programming and exhausting research and development in the field.

Step Three: Cylinder heads are modified to compliment the change in cylinder air flow. All ported cylinders must have a head modification in order to maximize cylinder porting benefits.

Step Four: Cylinders are reassembled, exhaust valves are timed, then cylinders are carefully packaged for shipping. Keep in mind, we can return ship with a new Xtreme piston and gasket set if requested.
